Booking Process

  1. Fill in the Online Booking Form (this will hold the property pending a deposit – please note, a booking form does not confirm your booking).
  2. We will send a holding email confirming this to the email address you provide on the form.
  3. Send Deposit (25% of the total fee, this will secure your holiday home) Payment options are – PayPal, Online bank transfer or Credit/Debit card payment over the phone (more information can be found under ‘How to Pay’).
  4. Remaining balance due 6 weeks before arrival. (Deposit email will confirm this date).
  5. Once full payment is taken, an email confirmation will be sent along with directions and terms and conditions.
  6. 48 hours before arrival you will need to contact us to arrange key collection and breakage deposit. (Please note, breakage deposit will vary depending on number of guests staying)
  7. The final step – Enjoy your stay!
