The beach, picturesque harbour and horseshoe bay are only a short stroll away, where you can learn to paddle board, kayak or just marvel at the amazing sunsets. 
The property next door is a 3 bedroom, semi detached Bungalow. Together they can accommodate 10 people. 
Portballintrae is a small child friendly seaside village, with various kids play parks on your doorstep. It is the perfect destination for the scenic route along the fabulous Causeway Coast. It has been described as ‘a walkers paradise’. The local 9 hole golf course enjoys stunning views over the River Bush and miniature railway track, whilst Royal Portrush golf club is only a 5 minute coastal drive away. For Game of Thrones enthusiasts, this area is full of film locations and guided tours for the hit TV series - the Dark Hedges, Ballintoy Harbour etc. 
The Bayview Hotel / Pub / Restaurant is a leisurely 5 minute stroll away. Within 1.5km, Bushmills offers a great selection of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and supermarkets.

Notes about pricing

There is no charge for electricity or oil/gas, linen and basic towels will be provided (1 per bed, 2 per double bed)

Short lets

Minimum booking is 3 nights only on all properties unless stated below

Short lets are not applicable in July, Aug or NW200 (weekly only)
Easter Holidays – 4 nights minimum stay
Christmas and New Year – 4 nights minimum stay.

  • 3 night stay for 65% of the weekly rate
  • 4 night stay for 75% of the weekly rate
  • 5 night stay for 85% of the weekly rate
  • 6 night stay for 95% of the weekly rate
Note: The minimum rental rate is £200

Please contact us for more details - the minimum booking is 3 nights.

The deposit is 25% of the rental rate plus a booking fee, which ranges from £14.99 - £29.99. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. The booking fee is additional to any rental rates stated.

For weekly lets, the changeover day is Saturday unless a different day is given in the notes above.
